How does PlaNet technology work
The PlaNet platform take advantage of the logic of gamification to create training courses stimulants and interactive.
Once registered, you can choose between 8 training courses, differentiated by themes and difficulties.
Each route consists of 7 modules in-depth analysis lasting 30 minutes each, alternating contents and practical activities to facilitate interplay and the involvement, and make the training experience more dynamic.
What do the modules consist of
- Video pills: video with a maximum duration of 2 minutes of introduction or in-depth analysis of the contents of the module.
- Quiz: questions related to readings and videos that allow, by answering correctly, to earn points.
- Actions: upload a photo or video and write comments on the proposed topic to put into practice the theory learned.
- Readings: texts that deal with the topic of the module, including infographics and graphics useful for preparing quizzes.

Success stories: Randstad Italia and training with PlaNet
Randstad Italia is the leading company in human resources services. Specialized in the research, selection and training of personnel, it has been present in Italy since 1999, with more than 300 branches and 3300 people.
Randstad Italia contacted us looking for a platform that would allow it to promote staff commitment to sustainability, with the aim of training while maintaining a high engagement rate.
Here's how it went:
“One of the main strengths of the PlaNet platform lies in the innovative use of gamification for training and awareness raising. Through this methodology, the people involved learn and have fun, thus increasing the effectiveness of the learning itself.
Combining content that is important to us with a simple and innovative way of use, we believe it can be a way to make people more aware and protagonists of a change towards which we feel the need to go, all together.”
Laura Carletti, HR & CSR Manager at Randstad
